Caitlyn Jenner Celebrates 75th Birthday Over Dinner With Kim Kardashian

Caitlyn Jenner celebrated her 75th birthday surrounded by her kids, including Brody Jenner and Kim Kardashian.

“Last night bday dinner in Malibu was so special,” Caitlyn, 75, shared via Instagram on Tuesday, October 29, alongside photos from her intimate birthday dinner the night before. “I will post more later only a few people in these pics that were there.”

“Family is everything! So many kids and so many of the grandkids, all in one place, at one time. You all made my birthday evening so special…and your beyond thoughtful and generous gifts made the night all the more fun (WOW!)! I love you all so much,” the Olympic gold medal winner added.

The first photo shared by Caitlyn shows the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posing with family and friends including her son, Brody, 41, whom she shares with ex-wife Linda Thompson, stepdaughter Kim, 44, and her manager and friend, Sophia Hutchins. The second image in the Instagram carousel shows Kim and Caitlyn together, with the Skims founder pouting at the camera.

Kim also took to Instagram on Tuesday to wish Caitlyn a happy birthday alongside a photo of the two together at Caitlyn’s birthday dinner. “Happy 75th Birthday. I love you,” she wrote.

Caitlyn responded in Kim’s comments section, “Love you so much. Thank you for everything🙏🏼🤍.”

Caitlyn was stepparent to Kim and her siblings, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob, during her marriage to Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner. The couple tied the knot in 1991 and divorced in 2015. Caitlyn and Kris have two children together, Kendall Jenner, 28, and Kylie Jenner, 27.

The athlete has had a strained relationship with Kris and some of her stepchildren since the couple separated a decade ago amid Caitlyn coming out as transgender.

Last year, Caitlyn said on an episode of the U.K.’s This Morning that she no longer speaks to Kris.

“If there’s any communication, my manager kind of talks to her,” she said. While explaining that while she’s “much closer to the Jenner side” of her family, “Kris, I don’t really have anymore contact with her,” Caitlyn explained. “It’s kind of sad because we went through a lot.”

Caitlyn — who also shares son Burt and daughter Cassandra with first wife Chrystie Scott, and son Brandon with second wife Linda — added, “When you have as many kids as I have, you’re closer to some than you are to others.”

In June 2023, Caitlyn shared a 39th birthday tribute to Khloé via Instagram and admitted that she hadn’t been the “perfect” stepparent to the Good American founder.

“Happy birthday @khloekardashian Being your stepfather was, and is, one of the best things that I was ever blessed with by your mother,” Jenner wrote. “I promised your father that I would do my best to always be there for you kids and I know I haven’t been perfect but I will always love you and you are forever in my heart. I hope your day is filled with love, your kids, and happiness.”
