Fans of horror come from the most unlikely places sometimes. If you had said that Elijah Wood from the Lord of the Rings franchise was a huge fan of the genre, there would probably be a subset of people who would call you a liar. But after the very creepy Maniac remake and Wood himself running SpectreVision – which is behind such films as A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night and Mandy – there is no doubt in anyone’s mind.
Enter Come to Daddy.
The horror-comedy follows a man in his thirties played by Wood who travels to a remote cabin to reconnect with his estranged father.
