Kanye West Suspended From Twitter for Incitement to Violence After Posting Swastika

For the second time in recent months, Kanye West has been suspended from Twitter for spreading hate and antisemitism. In October, before Elon Musk’s takeover of the platform, West was suspended after expressing his desire to go “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.” A little more than a month later, Musk, now the owner and CEO of Twitter, restored West’s account and welcomed him back to the platform.

With his regained access to Twitter, West posted an image of a swastika inside the Star of David multiple times. It resulted in his suspension for violating Twitter’s rules against incitement to violence, Musk confirmed.

Yesterday, in the buildup to his suspension, West appeared on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ InfoWars and made a number of disturbing and hateful remarks while praising Adolf Hitler and Nazis. West was joined on InfoWars by his new ally Nicholas J. Fuentes, a white supremacist, antisemite, and Holocaust denier.

Also yesterday, it was announced publicly that West is no longer buying Parler, a social media service that brands itself as a free-speech haven, railing against censorship on mainstream social media.
