The Martin Garrix Show is back!

As one of the top DJs in the world, we’re used to seeing Martin Garrix thrive in pretty much every situation. However, the first episode of the fourth season covers one of the most unfortunate happenings of his recent career.

Earlier this year, Garrix was performing during his residency at Omnia in Las Vegas when he suffered a severe ankle injury on stage (7:20 in the video). He tried to push through, even playing part of his set from a stool — but when the pain set in, he realized how serious the injury actually was. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Garrix was out for weeks and forced to cancel a number of gigs. Despite all this, he remained in good spirits, honed in on studio time, and now he’s back and better than ever.

What happens in Vegas… Well, just watch.
