You will not believe what the disgraced politician convicted of sexually assaulting her son’s 16-year-old best friend while he was drunk during a pool party wore in her latest mugshot.
As we previously reported, 43-year-old Misty Roberts was found guilty by a jury on two felony charges — carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior with a juvenile — this week during a trial for engaging in sex with a minor back in 2024 while she was mayor of DeRidder, Louisiana. Following the conviction, Roberts got a new mugshot plastered on the state’s sex offender registry, and she apparently decided to get dressed up in her pearls. We’re not joking. In the photo, the former politician is wearing a pearl headband with matching earrings. She also has a thin gold cross around her neck. Take a look (below):
