Today’s Dylan Dreyer has filed for divorce from Brian Fichera months after the pair announced their separation.
Us Weekly can confirm that Dreyer, 44, filed the paperwork on March 10. A source exclusively told Us that Dreyer and Fichera’s three kids — sons Calvin, 9, Oliver, 6, and Russell, 4 — have moved to Long Island after the exes’ split.
“They are thriving in their new town, and the kids are happy,” the insider tells Us of Dreyer and the children. “They have a great new routine. She loves her job and loves that she can be home with the kids after school. She’s very involved.”
The source shares that Dreyer and Fichera “do a lot together” for their children, noting that Dreyer and Fichera “have made that a priority,” according to the insider.
“The split was painful, and Dylan struggled with the idea of starting over and having this new life after being married for so many years,” the source says. “But with time, she kind of put that aside and focused on the kids.”
The insider says that Dreyer has received “a lot of support” from her friends at work, who have been “helping her through this time.”
Us Weekly reached out to the Today show and to Fichera for comment.
Dreyer shared in July 2025 that she and Fichera had decided to part ways.
“For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows. The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between,” her statement began. “I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”
She continued, “We began as friends and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to coparent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another. Thank you as always for your support.”
In the caption, Dreyer simply shared a red heart emoji. Dreyer and Fichera tied the knot in October 2012, one month after she began her career as a Weekend Today coanchor.
