The Real Housewives of Orange County star is officially a fiancée after getting engaged to her longtime love Travis Mullen on New Year’s Eve.
The engagement took place in Big Bear during the couple’s blended family celebration with her kids, Nick, 13, Sienna, 11, and Luca, 10—whom Gina shares with ex Matthew Kirschenheiter—and Travis’ kids Presley, 14, Bennett, 12, and Joey, 9, from a previous relationship.
And as the family prepped for their New Year’s Eve dinner, according to People, Travis asked Gina to step outside to help find a perfect spot for their group photo. To her surprise, the entrepreneur pulled out a 6-carat diamond ring and popped the question while Presley recorded the moment from a hidden spot nearby.
“I was in complete shock!” the 41-year-old told the outlet in an interview published Jan.7. “My nervous system was trying to catch up to what just happened in this magical moment and I was also trying to process the iceberg that was being presented to me as well! I of course said ‘yes,’ and melted into what was the sweetest kiss I’ve ever felt!”
