The episode opens with Taylor asking Sheila if she harmed anyone to enter the building, with the latter refusing to answer. She asks Taylor to reveal the truth about the affair with her husband and what the pizza from Il Giardino was doing at her place. Sheila mentions that she found sand in Deacon’s shoes that night and urges Taylor to admit that they have been cheating behind her back.

She also asks for justification on why Deacon was there a few moments ago, as she witnessed their intimate moment. She hopes that this is just a fling and that no real feelings are involved. Despite knowing the danger she is putting herself in, Taylor confesses that she and Deacon are in true love.

Sheila slams Taylor

Sheila says that for months she told people around her how great a worker Taylor was, only to now discover that she was backstabbing her the whole time. She calls her unprofessional and demands she stop seeing her husband. Taylor insists that she and Deacon are in love. Sheila argues otherwise and tells Taylor she has to respect their marriage.

Deacon provides reassurance

Meanwhile, Hope tells Deacon that she and Liam have been worried about the Sheila situation. Deacon reassures her that Sheila knows nothing about the affair and is not onto them. However, he is aware that Steffy knows about his involvement and has summoned him for a lecture. He reiterates that all that matters is his feelings for Taylor.

Steffy recaps Finn

Steffy recalls to Finn the moment when Sheila, armed with a knife, showed up at Taylor’s room where she had been spending time with Deacon. She worryingly reveals that the pair could have been killed if Deacon had not fled at the right time. She believes Deacon has put everyone in danger and thinks he keeps taking advantage of her mother, adding that the previous night’s drama should serve as a wake-up call for everyone.

Carter and Daphne await big news

Carter and Daphne are excited to enter their parenthood era as the latter takes a pregnancy test. They sit together nervously awaiting the results, with Carter strongly believing it will be good news.

Sheila seems to return to her old ways

Sheila asks Taylor if she is afraid of her as Taylor visibly trembles. She declares that she is a changed person, then slams down a weapon before asking Taylor if she really thought she had a chance with her husband. Sheila insists that while people may think she is bad, she is not, and that she is mature.

She continues expressing her hurt over the affair and warns that she will not let Taylor destroy her marriage. She believes their marriage would have been fine if Taylor had stayed out of it. Picking up a pizza cutter, she lunges at Taylor and menacingly licks it as the therapist falls silent.
