“Belief consists in excepting the affirmations of the soul, unbelief and denying them”…. Ralph Waldo Emerson
“More than anything else, this new century demands new thinking. We must change our materially based analysis of the world around us to include brighter, more multi-dimensional perspectives”…. Albert Einstein
Long ago some of the most famous philosophers, theologians and poets were acknowledging intuition. Psychic development has evolved and been embraced across the globe in our present times. Esoteric author C. Joy Bell C. coined it correctly when she exclaimed “Our bodies have five senses: touch, smell, taste, sight, hearing. But not to be overlooked by the senses of our souls: intuition, peace, foresight, trust, empathy. The differences between people is in their use of these senses; most people don’t know anything about their inner senses while few people rely on them just as they rely on their physical senses, and in fact probably even more.”
Anthony DiJoseph is a psychic medium and police forensic consultant. He uses his special gift for helping people to heal. He has helped law enforcement agencies solve cases bringing them to closure as well as giving messages to those he encounters from their loved ones. At age 17 after a near death experience he realized that his life’s purpose is to use his gift to help others, and works around the clock to help as many people around the world as possible. He works with palliative care and hospice facilities and through his gift of telepathy he relays messages from loved ones during their end of life care circumstances. He also uses his gift to raise money for organizations like the Cope Foundation and Joshua’s Eternal Journey.
After meeting and interviewing a host of psychics and mediums throughout my career I myself was a little skeptical about Anthony’s gift. After sharing a conversation with him all doubts subsided. He is not only the real deal but aside from his gift he is funny, authentic, candid and kind….
While we are on the phone speaking are you getting any particular vibes from me?
Mostly I get what I call a psychic download. But when it comes to mediumistic pop-ins not as much. It’s different every time I’m on the phone but you always get vibes, you always get a sense of another person’s energy, who they are with, their physical surroundings, the psychic residue of the physical body from health to what they ate. I do my best to be as normal as possible on the telephone.
That is kind of my question, how do you resist telling someone that their mom is asking you something or their grandma is in your presence?
It’s kind of like when you’re talking to somebody and you have another thought in your head and you’re thinking of multitasking. And then all of a sudden you think I have to focus on this conversation. It’s sort of like that. The best way that I really keep my mind focused and my marbles is with a pad and paper.
Say you’re talking to someone and you see something that could be dangerous to them, would you warn them?
If I see it, I say it.
You have a specific goal?
My goal is to revolutionize this industry to show that there is no direct competitors. “When you help somebody, do you feel good that you helped somebody?” “Are you doing this because it’s right?” So, my goal is to really show that you were born this way with a purpose to fulfill a specific life path. My goal is to really break the stigma surrounding psychics and mediums. I am a skeptic. I don’t believe any of them. If people shut down Facebook and all social media people would still find me because it’s my life’s journey and my life’s path. The biggest publicist in the world is God and the universe. Everything echoes throughout the universe and I’ve witnessed it firsthand.
As a medium what is your intention?
My intention is to share with people, share the truth. We all live together, we all win together, we all die together.
How did you realize you had a gift?
I only realized it when they weren’t my family members. That’s when I knew something was wrong with me. When a stranger comes, that’s when you get a little scared.
You were just a little boy, what exactly happened?
During the day family members would talk to me or I would tell them things. Then I would get in trouble because I would say things that I wasn’t supposed to have knowledge of. For example, I had a first grade teacher that was very difficult and wasn’t very patient with me. I had very bad OCD and I wouldn’t even write with a pencil if someone chewed on it. I turned and told her that her father was right, “he always called you fastidious and he’s right.” She threw me out of her classroom. Later on in a meeting she asked my parents if they ever used that word. She had never heard a first grader use that word, and she told them that her father called her that. My parents told her that they never used that word and that they didn’t want to talk about it. She asked if I was psychic and they said “if that’s what you wanna call it.” They also told her that they were doing their best to tell me not to share what I was hearing.
So your parents were aware?
Oh yeah. They knew because when you start telling them things that ghosts are talking about or you hear things that are not of your age or frequency…..that kind of lets them know something is different about this kid. Those dead people tell you things about their life.
Did they ever try to get you some psychiatric help?
Yes, and it was the best thing they ever did because it ruled out schizophrenia and it ruled out that I was crazy. I got a formal diagnosis for OCD and how to manage it. When you have an OCD disorder and you’re sensitive to certain things your brain operates differently.
I then asked Anthony to tell me one thing about myself that he shouldn’t know, and he did.
