Matt Davis is a singer/songwriter/Youtube sensation currently living in New York City. He grew up on the outskirts of Los Angeles in Huntington Beach, California. He knew he wanted to be a singer from an early age but took up piano and guitar at Sixteen. He was enrolled in piano lessons but mainly taught himself how to play guitar. At the age of twelve he did a program in Hollywood where he learned how to write songs. Since then he has used that skill as a way to tell stories and express his feelings about experiences and relationships. He recently released an EP called “Life” on all music streaming websites. It’s a four song EP about his decision to move to New York City. The spark to his fascination about the fancy of love and the beginning of his direction shift towards a positive place.
Matt Davis is joining the High School Nation Tour in Phoenix, Arizona March 5-9, 2018. High School Nation is where students and artists share the stage. HSN is a Music & Arts Festival visiting schools across the country, introducing students to opportunities in the arts.
Headlining the High School Nation Tour 2018 is rapper, singer, songwriter, producer and actor Silento, along with Caroline Roman, Chocolate Punk, Ryan Sims and Rachael Bawn. Performing also on the same stage as Matt Davis are The Fontaines and Kassidy Lynne.
