Prime Video has finally shared the official Sausage Party: Foodtopia trailer for Amazon MGM Studios’ upcoming adult-animated series, which serves as a sequel to the 2016 R-rated comedy film. It is scheduled to make its debut on July 11, 2024 on Prime Video.

The official Sausage Party: Foodtopia trailer begins with the food characters successfully taking over the world from humans. However, their fun gets disrupted when they realized that they don’t know anything about survival, after facing environmental challenges. The video also teases the return of the original cast, including Seth Rogen, Michael Cera, and Kristen Wiig.
Sausage Party: Foodtopia is executive produced by showrunnersAriel Shaffir and Kyle Hunter, who co-wrote the 2016 animated feature film with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. The series will feature returning voice cast members such as Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, David Krumholtz, and Edward Norton. They will be joined by new characters played by Will Forte, Sam Richardson, Natasha Rothwell, and Yassir Lester. It is executive produced by Rogen, Goldberg, James Weaver, and Alex McAtee for Point Grey Pictures, with original director Conrad Vernon returning to helm the film. The series is a co-production of Annapurna Television, Sony Pictures Television, and Amazon MGM Studios.
