The episode starts with Opera informing Junoids of the operation’s status. Elsewhere, Giallon tries to fool Rouge with a disguise, but his plans are foiled. Rouge kicks him in the face due to his ploy, after which he apologizes and offers to take them to see the real Gene.
However, their conversation was interrupted by the battle between Grauphon and Noir. Both fight for the sake of their beloveds, Silvia and Eva. Noir stabs Grauphon in the chest, but before passing away, he asks Noir to please stop Silvia.
On the other hand, Gene searched for Noir to ask for help, stopping Silvia and finding a better way to achieve peace. The episode also revealed that Gene was Noir and Eva’s son. However, their joy is short-lived by Ash, who tells them he has seen the puppeteer’s face.
Meanwhile, Silvia stabs Giallon and starts to fight with Rouge, who needs her ID to unlock Code Eve. Rouge is able to sever her arm, but thanks to her regenerative ability, it grows back. Silvia uses the momentary distraction to pierce Rouge’s chest and extract the code.
Naomi is able to regroup with Rouge, who gives her ID to her and confronts Silvia. Aerkos and Ash join them while Gene goes to save Cyan. The episode ends with Ash revealing Roy as the puppeteer.
